Teleprompter We All Should Use Them

Beck: Obama Is A ‘Manchurian Candidate’ Because He Uses A Teleprompter — But I Use One Too

This is a critique of a commentary by Ali Frick; this article is in regards to comments made by Glen Beck of Fox News. Obama Is A "Manchurian Candidate".There are two claims being made by Mr. Beck; first that President Obama can’t speak without the teleprompter, thus insinuating that President Obama is not the orator that we all think he is and that if former President Bush had used one the attacks he would have faced. The evidences provided is the teleprompter being used at major speaking events by the president, also stated that he does his three hour radio show without one. To break down the evidences using a teleprompter when speaking of things that are important and has to be accurate is the proper way, especially when you have the Glen Becks of the world looking over your shoulder and just maybe if Bush would have used one on more occasions he would not have sounded so stupid. As for Mr. Beck saying he does his radio show without one, so what who cares if you miss speak at the worse Fox will fire you and pay you the rest of your contract and some other new station will hire you in two or three months and at best they will give you a raise for boosting ratings. As with most blow hearts if you let them keep talking they will trip themselves up, later he state that he is totally fine with using a teleprompter and that he using one from time to time, also stating that he writes all the words he say on television. If you look at the credits for his television show you will see writers listed, I wonder what they write if he is the host and write everything he said, maybe they write for the guest.

The final thing I would like to add is I have personally seem twice within twenty five feet President Obama make two speeches and I never saw the teleprompter, so if he can make a campaign speech like the one I saw without it then I’m all for it. I liken it to going to church in the south and listening to a fire and brimstone minister, can be quiet moving. What ever works to restore confidents from the American people I’m all for.
